An accomplished academic and administrative professional with over 37 years of experience in teaching, university administration, legal studies, and institutional leadership. He has held key positions such as Registrar, Treasurer, Director (Academic), and Professor at reputed institutions like North South University, USTC, and City University.
Currently serving as:
- Vice Principal, Dr. A.R. Makik English School & College, Chuadanga (since October 2019)
- Professor of Business English, ICMAB (for the last 17+ years)
- Senior Research Fellow, PRC, Bangladesh
- Director of Admin & HR, Global Vista Limited (joined January 2025)
He holds diverse academic credentials:
- M.A in English from Dhaka University
- MBA in Human Resource Management from DIU
- LL.M from Dhaka University
- Post Graduate Diploma in Good Governance & Political Development from the University of Pennsylvania, USA
- Additional training in Military Management from China and India
- Secured 1st Position in several national-level diploma programs
He is the author of two widely used academic books:
- Business English
- Fundamentals of Business English (used by ICMAB students)
He has visited 08 countries including China, India, Germany, USA, Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Myanmar for seminars and academic workshops. He recently attended prestigious conferences in Germany and the USA in 2024.
Personal life:
He is married with three children —
- Elder son: Computer Engineer (Germany)
- Younger son: Pharmacist & Biotechnologist (USA)
- Daughter: University student in Bangladesh
A non-smoker with a fair complexion and sound health, he is committed to discipline, regular prayers, and lifelong service. He is fluent in Bangla and English, with proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic, and is capable of using computers and digital tools effectively.
