Mrs. Nepa Akter was born into a respected Muslim family in Matlab North, Chandpur. She pursued her education in the Science Group and completed her Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in 2015. Demonstrating a strong passion for healthcare, she enrolled in the Diploma Nursing Course at Shaheed Monsur Ali Nursing Institute, where she graduated with remarkable results in 2018.

Her professional journey began in 2019 when she joined Shaheed Monsur Ali Medical College Hospital as a Senior Staff Nurse, where she served with dedication until November 2021. In December 2021, she took a significant step forward in her career by joining the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) as a Senior Staff Nurse. In the same year, she furthered her academic qualifications by enrolling in the BSc Nursing program at East West Nursing College and Institute.

Beyond her nursing career, Nepa has a deep passion for language learning, particularly in English and Japanese. Her proficiency in these languages has enabled her to communicate effectively across cultures, opening doors to global opportunities in education, healthcare, and international collaboration. In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, she actively participates in extra-curricular activities, enhancing her leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
