Md. Kamal Pasha is an accomplished media professional and entrepreneur with over 15 years of hands-on experience in television production, video editing, and communication leadership. He is the Founder and Managing Director of BD FLY Aviation & Tourism Ltd., established in 2018, and has also been serving as a Director at Wheaton International School since 2017, showcasing his versatile leadership in both the media and education sectors.
His media career began at Islamic Television Ltd., where he served as a Video Editor from 2006 to 2012. He later joined Boishakhi TV as a Senior Video Editor, working from 2012 to 2021, where he was instrumental in editing a wide array of content including dramas, documentaries, talk shows, and films.
Md. Kamal Pasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Media Communication from Green University of Bangladesh, completed in 2022. He previously earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Government Titumir College, and completed his Higher Secondary studies in Computer Science at Amena Munsur Business Management College.
In January 2025, he was appointed as the Director of Media & Communication at GLOBAL VISTA LIMITED, where he leads media strategy, content development, and digital outreach to support the organization’s youth-focused initiatives in education, travel, and global opportunities.
